E-commerce Platform Redesign

Led the complete redesign of a mid-sized e-commerce platform serving 50k+ monthly users. The existing interface was cluttered, conversion rates were low, and cart abandonment was through the roof at 78%.

Through extensive user research and A/B testing, we streamlined the checkout flow from 7 steps to 3, redesigned the product discovery experience with better filtering, and implemented a persistent cart preview. The result? Conversion rates increased by 34%, and cart abandonment dropped to 52%. The client was thrilled, and more importantly, users could actually find and buy what they needed without frustration.
